Win Bid (with Low-Bid Incentive)

If your bid wins, we immediately make the payment for you and will then serve new ownership notice at existing structure. Your service cost is 6% of winning bid amount. (PRIORITY MEMBERS service cost is only 3% of winning bid amount.)

Low-Bid Incentive is 10% of amount saved by buying property below maximum bid.

We use the word incentive because the person doing the bidding is compensated more the LOWER he wins the bid for.
