SB 1642 Miles Amends 34.21 SB 1642 adds that a property owner who is entitled to redeem property sold at a foreclosure sale may not transfer the owner’s right to redemption to another person. Any instrument purporting to transfer the owner’s right of redemption is void.
Effective: 6/14/19, immediately on Governor’s signature.
